This very interesting group activity takes place in the city centre of Barcelona. The groups meets with our guide at Plaza Catalunya, and then we walk over to the world-famous “Boquería” market which is a highlight in itself. Go and get your ingredients – our guide will give you suggestions: seafood, meat, rice, olive oil, vegetables…. Then we walk over to a nearby local restaurant, where everything is prepared for your group experience!

The Chef will introduce you to the restaurant and “his” kitchen, and will give you a solid explanation into how to best prepare a delicious and authentic Spanish Paella! We form the jury who will judge… cookbooks and other forbidden aids might lead to disqualification!! Afterwards it’s time to have a seat and enjoy your own Paellas! It’s a fun day!
