This experience is of the fast kind… the fastest we can offer! And not many people on earth can say they have driven a Formula-1 car!! This experience takes a full day, includes training on a Renault Formula Car (12 laps), and finishes with 3 laps on the Montmeló racing circuit, on your own, in a real F-1 racing car! ...in the mythical Ford V8 Cosworth racing car, the one that Giancarlo Fisichella drove for Benetton in 1998. 700 horses in your hands! Montmeló is the place where the yearly Spanish Formula-1 Grand Prix takes place - for this event the official Grand Prix track with 4.700 m is cut to the "national track" with 3.000 m. We start the day early in the morning with a breakfast and a briefing in which you will be dressed up as a real F-1 pilot, and introduced into the theory including safety instructions. Then it's time to get familiarized with the track: you will take a few rounds on the track with our experts in a normal car. Then on board of a F-3 car you will try and correct, and after lunch please put on your helmet, get into your F-1 car and GO! You have 3 laps on the national course - what a "wow" experience! Experience Information: Duration: 3 laps = approx. 6 minutes... Total event time: 8 hours. Location: F-1 circuit Montmeló outside Barcelona. Price: this price is valid per person. Availability: this event is available only on special days; for more information please contact our office. Requirements: drivers need to possess a valid driving licence since at least two years. A copy of all driving licences need to be sent to our office latest one week before the event. Minimum age: 25 years. Maximum weight: 105 kg. Maximum height: 195 cm. |
