1. Prices and Services

All prices stated on this website are quoted in Euros and are inclusive of all indirect taxes (VAT) and service charges. Shipping costs for vouchers to be sent physically per courier service are not included and will be added, according to the buyer's country of residence. All services with their corresponding prices depend on their availability and have to be reconfirmed upon event confirmation.

2. Payments

Payments are requested to be made in Euros. Beautiful Barcelona! accepts payments via bank transfer, PayPal, credit card (VISA, Mastercard) and cash. Only those experiences and services that are fully pre-paid are considered as confirmed by Beautiful Barcelona!. All extra services not contracted and produced during the experience, like extra drinks at restaurants, extra laps at driving experiences etc. need to be paid on the spot directly to the experience supplier. No balances will be left outstanding at any time.

3. Deposits

Beautiful Barcelona! requires full pre-payment before confirming a service. Beautiful Barcelona! is unable to lend any services that are not fully pre-paid.

4. Revocations

Vouchers can be revoked within 14 natural days from the date of purchase upon written notice, without explanation. In this case, the paid amount will be returned to the buyer immediately and in full, deducting expenses. From then on, no revocation or cancellation is possible anymore and the purchased experiences need to be accomplished within 12 months from purchasing day. In case of non-accomplishment during this period of time, the buyer renounces on the experience and all further rights arisen from the purchase.

The right of revocation extinguishes during this 14-days-revocation period if Beautiful Barcelona! has already started with the accomplishment of the purchased experience according to the buyer's instructions, or if the purchased experience has already been carried out.

Once the concrete date and time for a purchased experience is fixed, it can only be revised in accord with Beautiful Barcelona! on voluntary base. No legal rights for accomplishment on a different date and time can arise in this situation.

5. Insurances

The offered activities and experiences only contain basic liability insurances that protect from damages to Third Parties, but not to the participants themselves, so for all events we strongly recommend additional insurances such as accident and health insurances. Beautiful Barcelona! recommends furthermore the subscription to travel insurances, in order to protect yourself from theft, delays, cancellation fees or other monetary loss related to your event.

6. Restrictions

Minimum age for all our experiences and activities is 18 years. Exceptions are clearly stated at the event description page (i.e. bungee jumping etc.) where participants need to fulfill a different minimum age requirement. Under aged participants always need to have a permit by parents or legal guardians for all activities of which they are not restricted from participation, and Beautiful Barcelona! needs to be informed before the event if under aged are participating, otherwise their participation cannot be assured. Furthermore, some activities offered on our webpage require good physical conditions and/or medical allowances - please refer to the event description pages where these restrictions are clearly stated. Beautiful Barcelona! rejects any kind of responsibility if these indications are neglected.

7. Behaviour

Beautiful Barcelona! requires its customers to behave in a correct and civilized way. Failure to do so will lead to immediate exclusion from the activity without refund. In this situation Beautiful Barcelona! shall take no responsibility for any monetary loss.

8. Liabilities

A. Non-Execution and Allegedly Deficient Execution Clause: in case Beautiful Barcelona! is unable for whatever reason to provide a booked experience, the client will be advised immediately and the paid amount will be returned in full within 30 days from cancellation. If this case occurs, no further compensation rights against Beautiful Barcelona! other than the return payment will apply. If by contrast the conducted experience is considered as having been carried out deficiently, then all claims must be against the experience supplier contracted for the experience by Beautiful Barcelona!. Beautiful Barcelona! acts as mere intermediary between the client and the experience supplier, and as such denies any kind of responsibility with regards to allegations of purportedly deficient or unsatisfactory execution of the contracted experience.

B. Force Majeure Clause: Beautiful Barcelona! shall be held harmless from all liability for partial or total non-execution of services due to fortuitous causes or reasons of Force Majeure, such as war, government regulations, strikes, disaster, civil disorder, terrorism, epidemics, electrical blackouts, unfavourable weather conditions, floods, fires, accidents, animal behaviour etc. In case a booked experience cannot be carried out because of one of these reasons, Beautiful Barcelona! will re-schedule the planned event, without being obliged to present a monetary refund.

9. Application of Terms and Conditions

This website www.beautiful-barcelona.com belongs to and is operated exclusively by Beautiful Barcelona!, World Trade Center, Edif, Norte 313, 08039 Barcelona, Spain.  Beautiful Barcelona! is a trade mark of Andalusian Ambiance Incentives, S.L., registered Spanish travel agency under license number CIAN 41547-2. The offered products and services ("activities" and "experiences") and the corresponding published prices are non-binding and can be taken off the website or changed at any time without prior notice. All experience descriptions on this website including length, pictures, texts, locations etc. are only indicative, helping to present the experience, and may be changed before the event, even on short notice, depending on availabilities, weather conditions and other external factors, and therefore are not legally binding for Beautiful Barcelona!. Beautiful Barcelona! acts as mere intermediary between the client and the experience supplier, purchasing services from independent supplier for its clients. Beautiful Barcelona! shall not be responsible for any personal injury or property damage that may occur due to any act or omission of such a supplier.

10. Legal Status

The competent court of law is Barcelona, Spain. Both parties to the agreement explicitly agree Barcelona to be the place of performance of jurisdiction for all claims and disputes arising from the agreement.
