How can I find the experience I want?

Please scroll through the main menu on the left... you can also use the search function on the right, i.e. type in "tapas" and you will get an overview of all experiences related to this word.

I can’t find the experience I want – can you still help me?

Yes, of course! Our webpage needs to be a little bit restricted, but of course we offer all kind of experiences, the sky is the limit... please contact our office and we will set up a special offer according to your requirements!

How can I take part in an experience?

Only 2 steps: First, buy your voucher in our Shopping Cart, and then do your definite booking (date and time) through our office, and that's it!

 

Concerning our Vouchers and Bookings...

 

What is the difference between a voucher and a booking?

First you buy your voucher in our Shopping Cart, and then you contact us doing your booking for the desired date and time.

How does your voucher system work?

Once you have completed your order in our Shopping Cart, we will send you a voucher on this order either per e-mail as a PDF document or per courier service in a gift box - you can choose between these 2 options during the order process. The voucher is non-personal, which means you can use it the way you want: either for yourself, or for your friends, colleagues or partners you'd like to invite.

How do I get my voucher?

During the purchasing process in the shopping cart, you have the choice between a PDF voucher sent to you per e-mail (usually we send them the same day) at no extra cost, and a printed voucher sent to you per courier service in a nice gift box. This option has an extra charge of € 18,- for shipping within Spain, € 23,- within Europe, and € 32,- to the rest of the world.

How long is my voucher valid?

Your voucher is valid during 12 months from purchasing day. If you want to increase this validation period, please contact our office regarding fees and procedures.

How can I redeem my voucher?

Please contact us per e-mail or telephone with your voucher code, within 12 months from purchasing date. We will inform you when and how your voucher can be redeemed, depending on availabilities.

Is my voucher transferable?

Yes, of course! You can use the voucher for yourself, or alternatively use it as a gift for your beloved ones or friends, or alternatively invite your business partners, colleagues and employees.

I don't want to buy a voucher, I want to do a booking – how do I do this?

Please call us on (+34) 93 535 59 31 and place your booking per telephone, so you don't need a voucher. Kindly note that we will need up to 24 hours for verifying availability, and that we only consider your booking as definite once we have received your payment.
 

I don't like to book online, I prefer to book personally - can I still buy an experience from you?

Yes, of course! Please call us on (+34) 93 535 59 31 and place your order per telephone, or send an e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . We will answer you personally and individually, and send you an invoice per e-mail or standard mail, according to your indications. Once we have received your payment per bank transfer, we will send you your voucher (again either per e-mail or standard mail, whatever you prefer).

 

Concerning Payments...

 

How can I pay my experience?

Upon checkout in our Shopping Cart, you can choose between paying your voucher per credit card or per bank transfer. If you have a PayPal account, you can also pay this way (in this case, please choose the credit card option - you will be directed automatically to the secure PayPal system where you can access your PayPal account and pay from there easily). If you don't like to pay online, we can send you an invoice and you can do your payment via bank transfer. You can also pay cash in our office in Barcelona, in Euros.

Which credit cards do you accept?

Credit card payments on our website are channeled through the secure PayPal system, which accepts basically VISA and MasterCard, although depending on your country of residence American Express, JCB or Diner's Club might be accepted, too.

Once I’ve made a definite booking – can I still cancel or postpone the experience?

Yes, this is possible within the time frames of our Terms and Conditions - please review the site "Terms and Conditions". Kindly note that our wish is to work with our clients and not against them, so in case of emergencies, we'll always be willing to help and find a way out, even though we also depend on our suppliers and have to abide by their rules.

I will need an official invoice from you - how do I get it?

Once you have settled payment, we will send you immediately an official invoice with all invoice details including taxes.

 


Concerning Special Requests ...

 

We are a group of people - do you offer special rates or discounts for groups?

Yes, depending on the experience you are interested in, the date you are looking at and the number of people you are, we can offer smaller or larger discounts for groups - please contact our office for concrete information.

Can you offer special Corporate experiences?

Yes, some of our experiences are especially Corporate-friendly. If you don't want to spend your time looking for the right thing on our website, then please contact our office and we will send you a detailed offer for your needs. Please indicate as many details as possible (number of people, preferred date and time, budget at disposal, more active/cultural experience etc.) so we can set up the right offer for you.

Apart from experiences, we also need further services such as hotel reservations, transportation etc. – can you help with this?

Yes, of course! We are a fully licensed travel agency and have complete information and consequently all possibilities to get you the right accommodation, restaurant reservations, transportation, hostesses, AV material, production, catering and further logistical services.

I don't have a travel or accident insurance - am I covered when booking an experience with you?

Our experiences only include basic liability insurance that protects you from damages to Third Parties. This is why we strongly recommend additional, personal accident and health insurances for cases of injuries etc. Please check with your home insurance company before travelling to Barcelona that the activity you will undertake is fully covered (i.e. not all insurance policies cover injuries arisen from parachuting or other extreme sports). If you think you might be under-protected by the insurance policy you have, then please contact our office and we will offer you additional insurance protection at low extra costs.

What is “Beautiful Barcelona!”, who are you?

Beautiful Barcelona! is a young and dedicated Experience Management Company based in Barcelona, with 12 years of experience in the Spanish events and incentives industry. We are located in Barcelona since 2005.

Do you operate only in Barcelona, or also in other Spanish or European cities?

We concentrate exclusively on Barcelona and surroundings (all of Catalonia and Andorra). We have sister companies in Sevilla and Madrid, and for other Spanish destinations we can provide you with the right contacts. We do not operate outside Spain (only exception: Andorra).

How do you organise your activities and experiences?

We work close with independent local suppliers from Barcelona and surroundings who carry out the experiences we offer. The relationship between our suppliers and ourselves are based on years of trust and collaboration, and we only use the best suppliers.

How can I be sure you really will lend the experiences I buy from you?

We are an officially registered Spanish travel agency with a large liability insurance and as such, fully responsible for our acts towards the public tourism authorities (more information at "Legal Notes"). You can rest 100% assured the services you buy from us will be fully and perfectly delivered, and they will be memorable!
